Designed specifically for the MH28V, DM45, and HM46–HM48 mills, this upgrade removes the noisy gear-driven spindle transmission and replaces it with a precision belt-drive assembly for improved reliability and machining performance.

Whether running manually or as part of a full CNC conversion, the belt-drive system dramatically reduces vibration and noise, improves surface finish, and protects your spindle from gear failures under heavy load.

For advanced users, an optional servo spindle upgrade is available, enabling rigid tapping, constant surface speed control, and encoder-based threading when paired with UCCNC or a compatible CNC control system.
