Convert your manual mill into a high-precision CNC machine with the Tomahawk CNC Mill Conversion Kit. Designed to suit popular mill platforms such as BF20, MH28V, DM45, HM46–HM48, and other similar models, this kit includes all mechanical and motion components required to bring CNC accuracy and repeatability to your machine.
Built around double-nut ballscrews and angular contact thrust bearings, the system eliminates backlash and delivers stable, rigid motion control. Closed-loop stepper motors and drivers ensure automatic position correction and reliable torque delivery, even under heavy load.
All mounting plates and brackets are CNC-machined in house for a clean, bolt-on installation with minimal modification required.

Note: BF20 machines use Nema 23 – 2.2Nm closed-loop stepper motors. All larger mills (MH28V / DM45 / HM46–HM48) use Nema 34 – 6Nm motors as standard.
